Flush-Mount Wallbox for Modular Installations

Overview

The Connekt World 2M Wallbox is a flush-mount installation box designed to house Connekt 2M frames and modules. It provides the required mechanical support and wiring space for both smart and regular Connekt installations.

This wallbox supports up to 2 × 1M modules and must be used with a matching 2M Connekt frame and cover.

Wall Type Options

When ordering, the wallbox can be selected according to the wall type used in the installation:

• Hollow Wall (Drywall): designed for drywall constructions. The wallbox is inserted from the front and secured using screws with rear mounting plates that clamp the box firmly against the wall from behind.
• Brick Wall: intended for masonry walls. The wallbox is installed into a cut-out and fixed in place using plaster or mortar.
• Concrete Wall: used in poured concrete installations. The wallbox is attached to the formwork before pouring concrete and must have electrical conduits connected in advance.
